"Le Petit Lieu"

"Le Petit Lieu" is the lower of the two buildings. With its numerous openings, it is the brightest of the two.

It comprises a charming living space integrating a kitchen, along with a bathroom and separate toilet.

The ancient stone walls, exposed bricks, and pellet stove create a warm atmosphere, while the traditional wooden framework recalls the history of this former cellar located in the heart of La Garoterie village.

Convertible Sofa: A 140x190 cm convertible sofa provides optimal comfort, serving as both a seat and a bed for two.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances for meal preparation (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, Senseo coffee machine).

Island Unit: A multifunctional island unit serving as a work surface, bar, computer station (with integrated power socket), and dining table. Custom-made, this unique piece also offers storage space for personal belongings.

Bathroom: Equipped with a 90x90 cm shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel warmer, and separate toilet.

Heating: A pellet stove ensures a cozy ambiance.

Entertainment: TV, independent Wi-Fi connection, reading area, and games.

Linens: Bedding and towels provided.

Roller Shutters: Installed throughout the room, including on the two skylights.
